HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
Orders ship within a week of payment. When we receive your order, you will be sent an email confirmation and approximate ship date. Shipping time within the U.S. after an order has shipped is generally under 2 weeks. Shipping time outside the U.S. takes an additional 1-2 weeks minimum. Please be patient. Orders will ship as quickly and securely as possible. If there are delays, you will be notified.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING AND HANDLING?
There is a 28% charge added for shipping within the U.S. If you are in the U.S. and you want to order 4 or more items, email us first before placing your order for a cheaper Media Mail shipping rate.
International orders must have the additional shipping paid before an order ships. When you order an item, there is an extra Add To Cart button to add international shipping. You only need to pay the additional shipping once per order. You do not have to add additional shipping for each item.
HOW DO YOU SHIP AND IS THERE TRACKING?
Orders ship within a week of payment via First Class USPS for CDs or Media Mail USPS for vinyl. Tracking is not offered.
WHY IS MY ORDER LATE?
We ask that you please be patient. Orders will be sent as quickly and securely as possible. If there are delays, you will be notified. Sometimes mail gets backed up or even lost in the postal system. Obviously, the USPS is not perfect, which everyone should know! We ask that you email us only if it has been over 3 weeks since you ordered if you are in the U.S. or if it has been over 5 weeks if you are outside the U.S. When you email, please include your name, home address, email address your order was placed from, the date you placed your order, and a description of what you ordered. Not including all this information will delay an answer. Also, we will not ship international orders unless the proper international shipping charges have been paid.
Additionally, one of the biggest issues we see is when an email or home address from a PayPal order does not match the address the person ordering currently uses. Please make sure PayPal email and home addresses are valid and current!
HOW TO I ADD INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Every page has a link to add additional international shipping. Use the Add To Cart button that applies to your country. Not paying the additional shipping charges will result in your order not being shipped. You only need to pay the additional shipping once per order. You do not have to add additional shipping for each item.
HOW DO I CONTACT THE FULL BREACH KICKS ONLINE STORE?

Make sure to include your name, home address, email address your order was placed from, the date you placed your order, and a description of what you ordered. Being a jerk and writing nasty letters will only delay a response, so please be nice. We work hard and want you to have your order just as much as you do!
